06:50 to 08:00: Meditation Practice - OSHO Dynamic Meditation

08:00 to 10:00: Breakfast and rest

9:15 to 10:00: (Assistantship and Internship Meeting)

10:00 to 11:30: Group Sharing or Breathing

11:30 to 12:30: Breathwork Theory

12:30 to 13:45: Breathwork Session

13:30 to 15:30: Lunch break and rest

15:30 to 16.45: Breathwork Session

17:00 to 18:00: Meditation Practice - OSHO Kundalini Meditation

19:00 to 20:00: Dinner

20:30-22:00: Night Session or White Robe

** During the training, the program structure will remain the same, but the sessions and times can vary depending on the group dynamics.

** Between Module 2 and 3 - Sundays are your day off.

Requirements for applying to ODBT

- Be over 18 years old

- Not be pregnant

- Not have epilepsy, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia

- Not have heart disease

- Demonstrate genuine motivation and commitment to becoming an ODBT assistant or therapist

- Full-day attendance is mandatory for every day of the training; this applies to all meditation sessions

- If your course application is not accepted a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

- If you participate in Module II, you may join Module I and Module III whenever they are available.

- Module III is only available to participants who have completed Module II.

- Participants attending Modules II & III will receive 13 nights of shared accommodation with other students.

- Participants attending Module I will receive 6 nights of shared accommodation with other students.

  • You will receive a Certificate of Participation as a step toward becoming an ODB Therapist.
